PAT testing for private landlords, letting agents and HMO operators across Glasgow, Paisley, Falkirk and Lanarkshire (G, PA, FK and ML postcodes), with a separate certificate for every property.
Your obligations in Scotland
Landlords letting residential property in Scotland must ensure that appliances they supply are safe, and an electrical safety inspection is required at least every five years. In-service inspection and testing of the appliances you provide is how that safety is evidenced in practice, and it is routinely requested for HMO licensing.
What we test in a let property
Any appliance you supply: cookers with a plug, fridges and freezers, washing machines, microwaves, kettles and toasters, vacuum cleaners, lamps and electric heaters. Tenants’ own appliances are their responsibility, not yours.
Per-property certification
Each property receives its own certificate and asset register, so the paperwork drops straight into the tenancy file rather than needing to be unpicked from a portfolio-wide report.
